We will be celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary at Disneyland on March 8, 2023. What are some special things for us to do?

    Hiya, Andy!

Congratulations on celebrating the first 50 years of your happily ever after. I can think of no better way to celebrate than with a visit to The Happiest Place on Earth! My wife and I have celebrated more wedding anniversaries at the Disneyland Resort than at any other place. We love the special experience of celebrating in our favorite destination. I’d love to share some of my favorite ways to enjoy the magic of the Disneyland Resort on this special occasion.

    • Request complimentary “Happily Ever After” celebration buttons to let Cast Members and other Guests know about your special occasion. You can pick these up at your Disneyland Resort Hotel front desk or many shops throughout the Disneyland Resort.
    • Ask a Disney PhotoPass photographer to capture the memories. My wife recommends a photograph with Mickey Mouse and/or Minnie Mouse wearing their Disney100 Celebration costumes. If you purchase the Disney Genie+ service for at least one of your theme park tickets, all of your PhotoPass digital downloads are complimentary.
    • For a small fee, request hand-drawn customization of ear headbands at Plaza Point. They can even customize your celebration buttons.
    • Get silhouettes with both of you in cutouts from the Silhouette Studio.
    • Enjoy a relaxing ride down Main Street, U.S.A. in one of the several vehicles available. My wife would suggest the fire engine because if you sit in the back, you will be allowed to ring the bell.
    • Order an in-room celebration package to be delivered to your Disneyland Resort Hotel.
    • Enjoy every magical moment together.

    Have a magic time, Andy,

    ~Tony
