Mom And Kids Mickey Ice Cream Bar

    We will be celebrating our sons's 11th birthday on May 30th. Disney from 5/29-6/5. Reservations at Whispering Canyon Cafe for his birthday dinner and will get a cake delivered there. What other things I could plan to make his day special? 1st trip for us!

    How exciting!!!  When you check in to your resort, let the cast member know that this is your first visit, and you will receive a 1st visit pin.  There is also a birthday pin, have your son where his birthday pin, and the rest of the day, cast members will be wishing him a Happy Birthday.  Be sure to tell your server it is your sons birthday.  When we were at Whispering Canyon last month, the whole restaurant started to sing Happy Birthday to a little boy at the next table, he was beaming from ear to ear.  You could also order a gift basket to be delivered to the room while you are out from Disney Florists.  These could include Mickey ears, treats, a pirate theme, any number of things.  I ordered a huge Mickey Mouse and had tin full of all sorts of stuff for my daughter and she loved it.  It was really neat to come back to the room and see a cool gift with only there name on it.
