I always tell Guests that majority of the restaurants will bring out a cupcake or special dessert with a candle most of the time; however, it isn't guaranteed. You may want to "remind" your waiter of the special occasion.
Since you're not interested in a personalized cake, please know that Guests may request a 6" cake (non-personalized) upon arrival at the dining location for a charge of $21.00 plus tax and gratuity. I hope this helps!
