Welcome to planDisney, Jordyn! Thanks so much for stopping by and sending us your question. How exciting that you are arriving at the
Disneyland Resort next month!
Our family loves celebrating birthdays at The Happiest Place on Earth! I can't think of a better place for you to celebrate your son's 5th birthday! At this time, you don't need to provide proof of vaccination for anyone in your travel party. It is important though that everyone in your travel party has
theme park tickets and
theme park reservations to enter either
Disneyland Park or
Disney California Adventure Park. I would also suggest
visiting this page for important things to know before your arrival.
I have some tips for fun ways to celebrate your little guy while you are visiting the magic! Be sure to stop by City Hall on Main Street, U.S.A. in Disneyland Park, or at Guest Services in Disney California Adventure Park to pick up a complimentary "Happy Birthday" celebration button for your son. I would also recommend getting his photo taken on his birthday to capture the memories of his big day! You can find
Disney PhotoPass photographers throughout the theme parks if you would like to have some family photos taken.
If you're thinking of making any
dining reservations, you can order a fun and festive
Mickey Mouse Celebration Cake. Be sure to add the cake to your dining reservation when you book online at least three days in advance of the reservation.
I'm wishing your son the happiest of birthdays and hope your Disneyland vacation is filled with many special memories! If you have any additional questions, please visit us again at
planDisney. We're always happy to help!
Smiles,
Lisa
