    We are celebrating my son's 6th birthday while at Disney. My son's favorite character is Mater from "Cars". Is he an actual character that my son could see/meet?

    Hi, Andrew!   I have a 6 year old son myself, so I know how important  Mater is!   Mater and his best buddy Lightning McQueen appear daily at Luigi's Garage inside Hollywood Studios.   Every vacation we always stop by to say "HI" to our Radiator Springs pals!

    This is a great photo opportunity, so have your camera ready!   Check the Times Guide when you enter Hollywood Studios for the Meet and Greet times.    Remember that characters are always subject to change.

    Wishing your son a magical birthday!  Make sure he picks up his free Happy Birthday button at guest services.

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the cold of Ohio!
