Kasandra:
My teenagers think the views from
California Grill and Narcoosee's make these two restaurants top on a list for special occasions. A reservation about an hour before sunset at either allows for spectacular daytime and nighttime views not to mention the special allure of the Magic Kingdom's fireworks, especially from the veranda of
Narcoossee's. Additionally, the menus at both offer something for every palate including steak and seafood. If you're looking for a restaurant that is more economical (relatively speaking), you may want to consider
Ohana at the Polynesian with its all-you-can-eat skewers of meat and views of the fireworks also. All diners are charged a set price so you will know how to budget for the evening.
If you'd like the night to include more than fine dining, look at a fun night out spent at the new
Splitsville Luxury Lanes and enjoy bowling while you dine on pizza or even sushi. Downtown Disney is also home to
Fork & Screen where you can enjoy a meal while watching your favorite movie. I don't know about West Virginia, but we do not have anything like either of these near where we live, making an evening at either extra special.
Wishing y'all a magical vacation!
