we are going to be celebrating my grandsons 5th birthday at Disney in oct. we are staying at the pop century resort.do you know if anything in the room will be done when we arrive? thanks,

    Hi there, Chrissy!

Please feel free to write back to me with more information regarding your question.  I am not quite sure what you mean about what will be done in the room.  I can tell you that your room should be in pristine condition upon check-in!  If you indicated on your Walt Disney World reservation that your grandson will be celebrating a birthday, you can usually expect that to be acknowledged at check-in.  Be sure to ask for a Happy Birthday button as well.  Your grandson can choose to wear that for the length of your stay. Magical things might happen when wearing one of these!  You might also decide to order something to be waiting for you in your room.  Check out the various ways to customize your celebration here.

I wish you a truly magical vacation!
