when celebrating a birthday in wdw does it have to be the actual date of birth?? what i mean is my daughter bday is feb 1 but we r going march 2-8. we have adr at 1900 park for supper.. is it tacky to celebrate her birthday that night???

    Hi Karen,

You are welcome to celebrate your daughters birthday in early March instead if you would like. A few years ago Disney had a promotion where you gained access to the park on your birthday and in that case, it had to be the exact day. However, simply celebrating the occasion together as a family a little bit later than usual...I see nothing wrong with that at all. In fact, a lot of people give their children trips to Walt Disney World for a birthday or Christmas gift, but they delay the trip until a more convenient time. Cast Members love helping you celebrate special occasions. Be sure to pick up a "Birthday Button" at either at any Guest Relations in a park so your daughter will hear lots of "Happy Birthday" messages.

Have a wonderful vacation and please let me know if I can assist you further,
