    I will be celebrating my birthday on our next trip. I will be staying at the Polynesian, and I’ve seen a couple pictures where the welcome board on the tv says happy birthday. How do I go about having that set up on the tv in the room when we check in?

     I can't think of a better way to celebrate a birthday than at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. How dreamy! (If I sound jealous it's because I absolutely am.) Waking up at this beautiful Disney Resort hotel to a birthday greeting on your in-room TV would be delightful. Your birthdate is listed on your My Disney Experience account, so the message should automagically appear, but just to be sure, I recommend calling the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations line. A friendly Cast Member there will be happy to note your birthday on your existing reservation!

     When you arrive at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, be sure to request a complimentary birthday button at the Front Desk. It makes for the perfect souvenir! With your birthday button, you'll receive lots of well wishes from Cast Members and Guests alike.
