Celebrating a birthday Dec 2-7 at DW & won't be attending the Christmas party (that may be too much for our 3 year old). Do hours & schedules come out before the 180 ADR opens to schedule a resort dinner that night?

Hi Brittany! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

December is my absolute favorite time to visit the Walt Disney World Resort. Seeing all of the Christmas decorations really gets you in the holiday spirit! My kids love watching the Castle light up and exploring Epcot to hear about holiday traditions around the world.

Typically park hours are released approximately six months in advance. I will say however that they are sometimes adjusted. Keep checking the Theme Park hours calendars as they will be updated as changes happen. Also Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party dates should be released soon so you can look at those dates now to plan which night you may choose a Resort hotel dining reservation! Be sure to follow the Disney Parks Blog for the latest and most up to date announcements and happenings!

I hope that you have a magical time!
