We will be celebrating 1 bday & 3 1st trip to WDW on our upcoming vacation. Is that enough to earn us a chance to try "the grey stuff" at BOG? And if so, how do we request since its not on the menu? Is it available at both lunch & dinner?

    Hi Alyssa,

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.  My husband and I recently celebrated our anniversary at Be Our Guest Restaurant in the New Fantasyland, and it is my new favourite Table Service Restaurant at Walt Disney World Resort.  I am sure your family will have a great time!

It sounds like you are definitely celebrating on your upcoming vacation at Walt Disney World Resort, how exciting!  In order to "Try the Grey Stuff" you must indeed be celebrating, and you must ask your server for it.  It is up to the servers discretion how many people will receive the dessert.  When we dined at Be our Guest, I asked a Cast Member if the Grey Stuff is an option at lunch and the answer I received was not at this time.  If you are at Be Our Guest for lunch, I would recommend to ask, because you never know; Disney Magic happens all of the time!

I hope you have a great time celebrating at Walt Disney World!  Enjoy the Grey Stuff, it really is delicious!
