We are celebrating our anniversary at WDW this summer (we honeymooned at WDW), and I'd like to get a proper souvenir from WDW. Are there some unique stores to do that?

    Hi David:

As you may know, Disney World is not just a theme park, rather, it offers up world class shopping and dining. I would suggest heading to Downtown Disney as one of your shopping spots. My favorite souvenir I've bought at Disney World is a painting The Art of Disney featuring my favorite scene from Pirates of the Caribbean. It's hanging in my house and it conjures up wonderful vacation memories every day I get to look at it. If artwork isn't what you are looking for, Downtown Disney also offers a lot of other shopping opportunities, such as small boutiques and the largest Disney store on property. My favorite place to shop for unique items are the shops at the pavilions at Epcot's World Showcase. Each country features unique gifts, ranging from small trinkets, wine, apparel, expensive jewelry, clothing, and other unique items from the host pavilion country or region. Epcot's World Showcase area provides you access to gifts you wouldn't normally have access to at home. If you want to Resort-hop, I would check out the high-end shops located inside Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. Check out this link for a filterable list of shopping opportunities at Walt Disney World.

    Enjoy your vacation.
