    We are celebrating our 20th anniversary and will have 5 rooms for our guests at the Port Orleans Riverside the last week of Oct. 2010. I've requested rooms in close proximity and wonder if there is anything I can do to make sure this will happen?

    Congratulations Bonnie on your 20th anniversary celebration coming up at Walt Disney World!  What a great way to celebrate with friends and family.

    When we have requested rooms being close in the past at other resorts we have not had any issues with that happening.  It cannot be guaranteed since they will not know the resort capacity so far in advance.  Room assignments are made just a few days before arrival dates so the week of your arrival please call and fax that request in once again.  Make sure you include the correct names of all guests for each reservation to assure they have the complete information.  I am confident they will do their best to keep you as close as possible.  If some of the guests have special requests such as king beds or handicap rooms this might make it more difficult but Disney prides itself in trying to be as accommodating as they can.

    Good luck and happy anniversary once again.  I will be down there at that time so our paths might cross!
