Celebrating our 10th anniversary. Booked AKL standard room in order to save some money, but made a separate reservation for a savanna-view room for our final night. Will it be a hassle to change rooms because of the time gap between check-in and check-out?

    Hi Kimberly!

Congratulations on your celebration! Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge will be a wonderful and romantic place to spend your vacation. Make sure you receive a Resort calendar and schedule of events at check-in, there are always so many extra activities going on at this resort. You should have no problems moving rooms for your final night.  I would call Disney a couple of weeks before your trip to let them know your plan and ensure they have linked the two reservations together. Also, when you first arrive, I would make sure you let the Cast Member helping you know your plans. When it comes time to move rooms, simply call Bell Services to move your luggage and if your Savanna-View Room isn't quite ready, they will be able to hold your belongings and then deliver them once your room is available.

Have a wonderful vacation, Kimberly, and please let us know if there is anything else we can do to make your trip magical!

    Congratulations again,
