I would like to celebrate my son's 6th birthday at Cinderella's Royal Table. Can you give me an idea of the characters who will be appearing. He is not interested in any of the 'girl' characters. OR Should I consider another character restaurant?

    Hi Maureen,
Princes only occasionally greet guests at Cinderella’s Royal Table.

It is mostly hosted by princesses. Dining in the Castle is a majestic meal. Boys are given swords as souvenirs. The characters are subject to change, but those that seem to appear more regularly are Belle, Fairy Godmother and the mice (at dinner), Cinderella, Jasmine, Sleeping Beauty and Snow White. Occasionally appearing are Aladdin, Mary Poppins, Peter Pan and Prince Charming. This list is not exhaustive but shows some of the regular and occasional visitors to the Castle meals.

For your son’s celebration, I would recommend Chef Mickey’s (lunch or dinner) at the Contemporary resort. Mickey knows how to party! For breakfast meals, Donald’s Safari at the Tusker House in the Animal Kingdom and Ohana’s with Lilo and Stitch at the Polynesian resort would offer a fun way to start the day.

Kick up your heels at Mickey’s Backyard BBQ. This meal at Ft. Wilderness offers characters, dancing, and a country band in a western themed outdoor setting. The rope tricks that Trick Ropin’ Trevor show the audience adds to the fun, especially for young boys.

I hope this gives you some ideas for your son’s birthday. If you need further help, just let us know!
