Can you celebrate any kind of anniversary at Disney World? My bf and I will be celebrating our official 1 year anniversary when going to DW in August. We are not married yet but are just as in love as if we were. Will CM ask if we are married?

    Hi Britney,

Walt Disney World is a wonderful place to celebrate all kinds of occasions -- birthdays, wedding anniversaries, graduations or any date that is meaningful to you. If you and your boyfriend want to get the free Happy Anniversary buttons to mark your first year together, that's awesome! I promise that no one will ask if you are married or question your intentions.

If you want, you can even write "One Year" or something like that on the button so that everyone will know exactly what you are celebrating. I have several Happy Anniversary buttons, but the year we celebrated our 25th, I decorated our buttons a bit to show that this was an extra-special occasion.

The buttons are available at Guest Relations at all the parks, so you will have no trouble finding them. And it really is fun to have other guests and cast members offer their best wishes for your special day.

I hope that eases your mind. Happy anniversary a few months early. Enjoy your time at Walt Disney World together!
