We would like to celebrate our Granddaughters birthdays although it will not be the exact date of their birthdays. One turned 11 today and the other turns 7 May 10. Also our 40th Anniversary on April 5th. We arrive March 23rd! Is this acceptable ?

Marilyn, welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Happy birthday to your princesses, and happy anniversary to you!

Walt Disney World sure is the best place on Earth that I can think of to celebrate any occasion. Sometimes our travel plans don't match up exactly to the dates of what we are celebrating - and that's OK! We went to Walt Disney World last year to celebrate my son's double digit birthday. Due to my husband's vacation schedule, we were unable to take our vacation the week of his actual birthday. Instead, we arrived six weeks after. You wouldn't have guessed it by how excited he was! We still decorated our resort window and got a birthday button for him when we checked into our Walt Disney World Resort. We celebrated the big 1-0 all week long. It sure didn't matter to my son that is was really his 'un-birthday'.

In addition to picking up birthday buttons for the girls, make sure you and your spouse get your anniversary button. Congratulations on 40 yEARS!

    Have a magical day, Marilyn!

Hi, I’m Rachel! I am a “boy mom” to two rowdy little men at home and married to my high school sweetheart. I am fortunate enough that my prince charming loves all things Disney just as much as I do! For me, planning a trip to Walt Disney World can be just as magical as being there. It brings our family together as we dream, plan, and count down the days. I would be honored to help plan your visit and share in your family’s very own magic! Learn More About Rachel
