Hiya, Carol!
Welcome Home and welcome to planDisney! How exciting that you are planning a great big beautiful celebration for all of your 'ohana. Our family has done this a few times as a multigenerational family, and it's a wonderful way to enjoy one another and the magic all at once.
Carol, it sounds like you may have tried a three-bedroom Villa at
Disney's Old Key West using your
Disney Vacation Club Points. If this did not work out for you, having so many Mouseketeers in the same Villa at once, another option would be to consider two, two-bedroom Villas. While it is possible they would be in different buildings, you can always call
Member Services to let them know the reservations are connected so they can get the Villas as close together as possible. This is the way our family prefers to travel as, like you, we have found that sometimes having three families in the same space can make the pixie dust fizzle. But by having our own Villa, we can enjoy the magic of our big group while also having our own space.
I would recommend checking out the different Vacation Point costs for Old Key West for a three-bedroom Villa versus two, two-bedroom Villas. If you have flexibility on the time of year, this is another way to maximize your Vacation Points, as some parts of the year cost fewer points than others.
I hope this helps you, Carol. If you have any further Vacation Club questions, soar back here to see me, and I'll be so happy to help you.
Magically Yours,
Keri
