Fabulous! I certainly don't have to ask "What Will You Celebrate" in 2009 at WDW?!
I love to celebrate our wedding anniversary in WDW. And not just because we honeymooned and renewed our wedding vows there. It's a wonderful place for romance and family-oriented too.

For a romantic dinner, try California Grill, Artist Point or even Flying Fish. First, you'll want to drop the kids off at a nearby Kids Club.
My 8 year old son says about his recent stay at Simba's Clubhouse: "if you want to have a meal, you could choose the food that you want". He chose a grilled cheese with potato chips and water.
For a family-oriented celebration, book a Specialty Fireworks Cruise. My family enjoyed one for my birthday. The cruise was relaxing and the fireworks were amazing.
Consider ordering a cake, having your room decorated or designing a gift basket via the Disney Florist.
