I would like to celebrate my anniversary with my husband while we are at Disney World. How hard is it to buy a bottle of wine to take back to our room?

    Hi Michelle!

You can buy bottles of wine at all of the Walt Disney World Resort hotels to take back to your room.  However, there isn't much of a selection in my opinion.  The best place close to Walt Disney World is Goodings in the Crossroads Shopping Area across the street (literally) from Downtown Disney; taking a taxi there would be very easy.  You can also visit the bars at various resorts and just have a glass or two if you don't want a whole bottle.  The best bars in my opinion are in the Contemporary, the Wilderness Lodge, the Boardwalk, Port Orleans Riverside, and in Coronado Springs.  I think the bar at the California Grill on top of the Contemporary is the most romantic; you don't need a reservation or anything to visit a bar.

Enjoy planning your magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation and write back if you have any more questions!
