Hi there, Mitchell, and welcome to planDisney!
First of all, thank you for your service. As a military spouse, I love that Disney World is honoring veterans this year in an even bigger and better way. The Disney Celebrates America Military Salute ticket feels like its own type of annual pass to the magic. Being able to visit from January through December 2026 (with minimal blockout dates) and for such a reasonable price is unbeatable value. When I heard about the offer, I knew that I had to get one for my husband. And I see that you grabbed tickets, too!
With the
Disney Celebrates America Military Salute Ticket with Park Hopper Plus Option, the following experiences are included:
-Blizzard Beach Water Park
-Typhoon Lagoon Water Park
-ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex
-Oak Trail Golf Course (One round of a 9-hole walking course; golf clubs not included but available to rent.)
-Fantasia Gardens Miniature Golf Course (One round before 4 p.m.)
-Winter Summerland Miniature Golf Course (One round before 4 p.m.)
Keep in mind that you can't visit the two mini golf spots on the same day. Also, the two
water parks are not always open at the same time, so you'll want to check to see which one is available at the time of your visit. A friendly Cast Member shared with me that with your specific military ticket option, you can visit the "Plus" activities an unlimited number of days. However, the same blockout dates for the theme parks also apply to the extras.
AN EXTRA GEM: Remember to
make a theme park reservation using your My Disney Experience account before your visits. If you plan on going to
more than one theme park in one day, Hakuna Matata! You only need to make a reservation for the first park of the day. With the Celebrates America ticket, you can make up to 5 reservations at a time, on a rolling basis. So, once you've used one day, you can book another. Here's a tip: You don't have to make reservations for the water parks and mini golf courses! But for the Oak Trail golf course,
pre-booking a tee time is not a bad idea.
I hope that you get a hole-in-one, Mitchell! So many magical memories await you this year at Disney World. If you have any other questions about your upcoming visits,
reach out to us here at planDisney. Any of the panelists will be more than happy to share our vacation planning tips and tricks with you.
Magic always,
LeAndra
