    CBR...put in request for ground floor and corner room when I checked in online but then called an agent and she put in a request for close to main pool/food area. Should I have just had the agent do the other 2 request over the phone too instead of online

    Hi Carrie!

    Caribbean Beach Resort is a beautiful location and although it is a little spread out, there are plenty of bus stops around the resort to help you reach your locations.  Since you had the agent call in after you made the request online, it really couldn't hurt to have your agent call to make your other requests of having a ground floor and corner room.  If I am traveling with someone who has medical reasons for room requests, I also ask if that can be noted on the reservation as well. While cast members do everything they can to fill guests room requests, sometimes they are unable based on many factors.  To guarantee that you will be as close as possible to Port Royale, which is where the Fuentes del Morro Main Pool and food court is located, you may want to check into reserving a room in the preferred section.  Preferred section rooms are located in the villages Trinidad North and buildings 24,25,26 of Martinique, the cost of a preferred room is about $25 extra a night.  I hope this helps and please visit us again if you have anymore questions!
