Hello Kevin!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. One of the things that I absolutely appreciate at the Walt Disney World Resort is their commitment to maintaining Disney Resort hotels always magical and up-to-date.
While
Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort is reimagined, you will be able to enjoy a Caribbean-style buffet for breakfast and à la carte options for dinner at Centertown beginning May 2017. Hours of operation and à la carte offerings haven't been released yet, but should become available as May approaches. In addition, you will be able to purchase grab and go meals in different island markets located in the Aruba, Jamaica and Martinique regions of the Resort. In-room dining will also remain available.
The Walt Disney World Resort does an amazing job at accommodating Guests with
food allergies, so my advice is to inform about food allergies while making a reservation for restaurantes that accept reservations, and always talk to a Cast Member immediately upon arrival at your dining location to discuss your needs. There are always options for Guests with dietary restrictions, even at select Quick-Service locations. You can also contact Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com for questions related to food allergies and dietary special needs.
I hope this helps you while planning. Please come back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with more questions.
Best magical wishes,
Thiana
