    Hi Cathy, I wanted to piggy back on a question you just answered on Aug 26th. in 2009 when my GF and I went to disney we got a booklet we used to check in with our special offers, room info etc. Has Disney stopped sending these?

    Hi, Theodore!   i just returned from a WDW Vacation, and did receive the booklet you are talking about.   Inside the front cover it reads "This booklet provides the trip information and vouchers specific to your vacation."   Inside, it has information on my dining package, some coupons, a place to make notes, and luggage tags.

    I do not get this booklet with every vacation, I believe it goes to those guests who have a package booked.   With "room only" I seem to only receive a confirmation letter either by mail or email.

    While the booklet is fun to get, it really does not contain any necessary documents.   The coupons and offers vary each time;  sometimes there are really good offers, other times not so much!  This vacation, I did not use anything out of the booklet, but last time I had 2 great coupons, so you just never know! 

    If you ever have a question about what documents you will need for your vacation, call a Disney reservationist at (407)W-DISNEY to make sure you have everything you need for your magical vacation!
