Hi, Andrea!
I cannot think of a better way to celebrate your 40th wedding anniversary than a trip to WDW! You are off to a great start...you are staying at one of my very favorite resorts. I am a huge fan of the French Quarter. Just for the fresh Beignets at the bakery, it is worth the trip!
Let's set up an itinerary for you:
Oct 3: Arrival day. Get settled, have lunch at your resort. Hop on a boat to Downtown Disney for the evening. Make reservations for Portobello for dinner and then enjoy some shopping.
Oct 4: Magic Kingdom. Dining: Plaza Restaurant for Lunch
Oct 5: Animal Kingdom. Dining: Head to the Beach Club Resort for dinner at Cape May buffet
Oct 6: Epcot. Dining: Les Chefs de France
Oct 7: Hollywood Studios. Dining: 50's Prime Time Cafe
Oct 8: Your park of choice! Revisit your favorite park. For dinner, book 'Ohana at the Polynesian. After dinner, head to the beach to relax, watch the Electric Water Pageant and get a great view of the Magic Kingdom fireworks. What a romantic way to spend your last night in WDW!
Oct 9: Time to head home, See You Real Soon!
I only included Table Service suggestions. Make sure to make your
Dining Reservations as soon as you hit your 180 day booking window. If you would like some Quick Service suggestions, just let me know! Wishing you and your Prince Charming a very memorable anniversary!
