    Hi Cathy. I have question about Spirit of Aloha. I understand that they take cc # upon booking and charge it immediately. They will refund if it rains, but will they refund if you cancel due to an illness etc. if given enough notice? Thank you

    Hi, Lindsey!   The cancellation policy for the Spirit of Aloha dinner show at the Polynesian is 48 hours.  If you need to cancel, call (407)WDW-DINE to receive a refund.

    If you are within the 48 hours, the policy states that you will be charged for the meal.   If you need to cancel and  you are within the 48 hour window, I would still call, though I do not know if they can reschedule your meal for you.    Even where there is a "policy" in place, I still always give a try to see if I can be helped with a particular situation, you never know what can be worked out!
