    Cathy....The million dollar question....when will we know if Disney is offering the free dining plan in Sept/Oct as usual and even into December like they do sometimes! Thanks you and the panel are great!!

    Hi, Derek!  That really is the million dollar question!   I really wish I had information on upcoming promotions, but we usually don't find out until the general public does.   With new promotions always popping up, I wish I knew not only when but IF the free dining will be offered.   This spring, in lieu of free dining, there was a promotion with gift cards ranging from $300 - $750.   Other times, it has been purchase a 4 night vacation and get 3 nights free.  So there are soooo many variables!

    Right now, there is a Special Offer (the free gift cards) that runs through mid-August.  This must be booked by March 27, 2010.   My best GUESS is that the next promotion will be announced right after that - after the Spring Break rush.   What that promotion will be is anybody's guess! 

    I suggest you get on email lists from www.disneyworld.com, www.allears.net, and www.mousesavers.com.   These free newsletters will keep you posted of upcoming deals and specials for WDW.  

    Sorry I don't have a definite answer, but start checking in early April and hopefully you will find the perfect package for you and your family!   Thanks for your question and for your kind words about the panel!   All of us certainly enjoy spreading the magic!
