Hi Cathy! Just got the great news that some friends will be taking a much needed girls weekend at WDW in June. We're debating between a value resort or Port Orleans. Any recommendations? French Quarter or Riverside? Thanks so much for your help!

    Hi, Joanne!

I love a "Girls Weekend!"  Maybe I will tag along for the fun!

While both Values or Moderates would be fun, have you considered getting a 2 bedroom Villa at Saratoga Springs or Old Key West?  It would be a blast for all of you to stay together yet have the privacy of 2 full bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, plus the main living/kitchen area.  The location of either of these resorts would be perfect for you and your gal-pals with the close proximity to Downtown Disney and all of its shops, restaurants, and fun!

You are going to have a wonderful time with your friends.  Shine up those tiaras, sprinkle some pixie dust, and have a blast during your WDW Girls Weekend!  Enjoy!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
