Hi Cathy, We are going the end of March for 6 days and plan on doing Epcot for 2 days. We will be taking a 1.5 year old, 4 and 6 year old. We have never been to Epcot and it seems there is so much to do there. Do you have any advice? Thanks!

    Hi, April!

Epcot will be fun for your entire family.  Plan to bring a double stroller, hats, sunglasses, sunscreen, and water bottles or juice boxes.  This park is huge, so you will need to be prepared!

You might want to make a few dining reservations.  Try the Garden Grill where you dine in a rotating restaurant with Chip and Dale!  My kids also like Les Chefs de France.  They have chicken fingers, french fries, and pasta on the kids menu, so everyone will eat well here!  If you time it right, you might even get a special visit at your table from Remy!   For quick service, we enjoy  La Cantina de San Angel.  Great nachos here, and wonderful lagoon-side seating.  For simple American fare, try the Liberty Inn in the American pavilion.

A super fun activity for the kids are the Kidcot Fun Stops throughout World Showcase.  Here, they get to do some fun crafts and even meet some cast members from around the world!

For the best shopping in Epcot, go to MouseGear. Endless Disney goods here, you are sure to find souvenirs for everyone on your shopping list!

End your day with a viewing of Illuminations.  It is a beautiful way to end a magical day.

So put your walking shoes on, shine up your mouse ears, and get ready for a super fun day in Epcot!  If you have any other questions, just let me know!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
