    Hi Cathy. 18 days 2 go. Wanting 2 book next year trip while on this years. Since you cannot get a price online past Dec. 2010, will you be able to get a price quote from a reservation spec. at a resort where you want to stay? Thanks so much from WV!

    Hi, Stacy!   I love that you are planning ahead for future WDW vacations!  You sound like all of us Disney-crazy moms here on the panel!

    You can book your future reservation up to 499 in advance.  You can get a ballpark rate, but rates will be adjusted to reflect 2011 pricing when it becomes available.   If you want to book for a 2011 date, you can do so by phone, just not online until the new rates are posted.

    The only time I have booked without a confirmed rate is when I wanted a very specific room or during a very busy travel period (Easter, Christmas.)  Otherwise, I usually just wait for rates to be posted.   Also, keep watching for Special Offers during your travel period to see if you can get a better rate.  If an offer becomes available after you have already booked, call a Disney Reservationist at (407)W-DISNEY to see if you can change your package to the special offer to save some money (that you can put toward yet ANOTHER Disney vacation!)
