    Hi Cathy...You answered my question about dinner in MK after AK. I thought I read somewhere that with tickets to MNSSHP you can get into the MK early. Is this true? Or do I still need to add hopper in order to go to AK in the morning then atten MNSSHP?

    Hi, Michelle!   Sorry it has taken a few days to get back to you . . . I was down in Disney for a few days  - PURELY for "research" purposes!  OK, maybe it was just a vacation, but saying it was for research makes it sound more official!

    OK, here is the deal.  In past years, guests have always been allowed to enter the Magic Kingdom for Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party as early as 4:00 p.m. even though the "official" start time for the party is 7:00 p.m.   There have been many discussions going around that the procedure will change this year and you will have to wait until 7:00 p.m. to enter.  I asked a few different cast members, and they have all said the 4:00 time will be in place this year, but I simply cannot guarantee this right now since apparently others have heard different information.

    That said, I personally have 6:00 p.m. dinner reservations the night I am going to the party, so I am counting on that early party entry.   I just cannot imagine thousands of guests showing up at 7:00, the entry queues would be crazy.   Keep watching here for updates, or resend your question to me in a few weeks so I can give you an update.

    So go ahead with your morning of Animal Kingdom with your Base Ticket, and at this point go with the idea you can enter the Magic Kingdom anytime after 4:00 p.m. to party with Mickey!    If you had the hopper ticket, you would for sure be OK, but hopefully this is all going to sort itself out soon! 

    Sorry for the confusion, we are trying like crazy to get an official word on this subject.
