If you catch the bus to Port Orleans from Magic Kingdom for a beignet. Can you catch the bus back to Magic Kingdom? What are bus hours for this? Thank you.

    Hello Melody,

Mickey Beignets, or the Baton Rouge Beignets for guests over 21, at Scat Cat's Club at Disney's Port Orleans French Quarter are a delicious treat any time of day! While you can certainly take a break from your Magic Kingdom day to enjoy them, if your trip includes multiple days at Walt Disney World, I would recommend heading to Port Orleans on a day when you are visiting EPCOT or Disney's Hollywood Studios, simply because the bus ride will be shorter.

No matter which park you decide to take a break from, the process is the same. From Magic Kingdom (or whatever park you are visiting), you'll take the bus to Port Orleans and get off at the French Quarter stop. Once you've enjoyed your sweet treat, relaxed, and are ready to head back to the park, simply wait at the bus stop where you were dropped off for a bus headed back to Magic Kingdom. Of course, if you decided to walk around a little to explore the entire resort, you can catch a ride back at any bus stop. Buses typically run every 20 minutes.

Tip: If you have the My Disney Experience app, you can easily get directions to anywhere within Walt Disney World.

Hope this helps. Have a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
