    While on castaway cove we would like to snorkle. My wife and I have our own snorkle gear we would like to use. And we want to take the little ones snorkeling. Would we still have to pay full price for my wife and I, even though we have our own gear?

    Hello there, Billy! Welcome to the planDisney panel and thanks for sailing our way as you prepare for your Disney Cruise. 

    It seems like today is THE day that you'll be stepping aboard the Disney Cruise Line for a magical vacation. I can't wait for you to experience all of the fun and activities that are waiting for you on the ship! 

    And beyond the ship, there is an ocean of fun waiting for you at Disney's Castaway Cay! You will be able to bring your own snorkel gear and enjoy the snorkeling lagoon without paying an additional fee. All snorkelers are required to wear a life vest in the lagoon. These bright yellow life vests are located near the entrance to the lagoon and are free of charge. 

    The snorkeling lagoon is located adjacent to the family beach. I hope you enjoy finding the hidden treasures below the sea! If you are up for more fun after you snorkel, you may enjoy renting a bicycle and taking a ride around the island. Bicycle rentals don't have to be reserved in advance, so just stroll to the Bike Rental area if you fancy a ride. 

    Enjoy the pristine beaches and picture-perfect island views at Castaway Cay! Have a wonderful voyage and cruise back to us again if you ever have the need.
