I'm sorry to hear that you encountered some rough seas trying to book an exciting
Summer 2023 itinerary! I know it seemed like we'd been waiting locked in a tower like Rapunzel for the itineraries to be released, but if they're here, it's crystal clear, we are where we're meant to go!
(I'm a sucker for Tangled references, if you can't tell.)
When I've experienced the same issue you have, one of the things that sometimes helps is to completely log out of the
Disney Cruise Line website and close all my open browser windows. If you're anything like me, you've got a million tabs open, and sometimes the website can't tell if you're still actually logged-in.
Ok, maybe it's more like 30 Disney Cruise Line itinerary tabs open on my 2nd monitor...but that'll be our little secret...
If that still doesn't work, a full restart of your computer and a hard refresh can sometimes do the trick - on most computers that's done by holding the shift key and pressing F5!
After doing all that, you should be able to navigate to the summer 2023 itineraries page and book! One thing to be sure to look for at the top right of the screen for the message that says "Welcome, Kathleen!" which will tell you the website recognizes you're logged-in!
