What is my Castaway Cay membership card number and the date is was issued?

    Hi Kathryn,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you so much for asking us a question!

I believe that you’re asking about Disney Cruise Line Castaway Club (the loyalty program) and how you can get more information about your membership. You can get most of this information online – simply cruise on over to the Disney Cruise Line website, and click on the “Already Booked” tab. One of the last options in that tab is for the “Castaway Club”, which will allow you to see your Membership Level (Pearl, Platinum, Gold or Silver), your Castaway Club ID number (right under your Membership Level), how many cruises you’ve completed and view your full list of Castaway Club perks. I love browsing that list and dreaming of the ways in which I’ll use those perks on my next voyage

Unfortunately, the website no longer provides a list of past Disney Cruise Line voyages – only the total number of cruises will appear. If you want your complete cruise history, including the date of your first cruise (which would be when your Castaway Club membership began), then you’ll need to contact Disney Cruise Line to get that information.

I hope that my answer helps you get the most out of your Castaway Club membership! Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions. We’re always happy to help!

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
