    In the castaway cay, if we dun know how to swim at all , are we still able join the port adventure? The sea there is it shallow enough for kids to stand ?

    Thank you so much for sailing by.  Castaway Cay is a highlight for my family each time we enjoy a cruise that stops at Disney's private island.  I'm sure you will agree.  Complimentary life jackets are available for guests who prefer to wear one throughout the island, and if you have non-swimmers in your party, I highly recommend picking them up for everyone in your family.  There are, in fact, many shallow areas along the beach where you will find young children splashing, building sand castles and having a wonderful time.  However, if you are not swimmers, I would ensure that everyone in  your family has a complimentary life jacket.  There are many other non-water activities that your family can enjoy as well. One of my boys and my favorite things to do is rent bicycles and explore the beautiful island.
