Hi, how much cash do you suggest I should carry in the parks. I want to keep it seprate from all my other expenses, like: food money (because I didn't purchase the dinning plan), spending money that I want to be charge on my card and emergencies?

    Hi Joyell!!!

Thank you so much for your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel!!

I usually carry around $40 in the theme parks with me on my Walt Disney World Vacations.  I do not like carrying a large amount of money.  I always charge everything to my Key to the World Card and then pay it off before the last night of my trip in case I don't want it charged to my credit card.  I always keep a little cash on me because there are a few spots that will not take your Key to the World Card as payment.

If you are trying to keep track of different budgets (food, souvenirs, etc) I would recommend setting up a spreadsheet on your smartphone (if you have one) and keeping track that way.  I recently did this on a Walt Disney World Vacation and it worked great!!!

Please let me know if you have any additional questions!!

    Have a magical day!
