Ahoy, Roxanne! Thank you for returning to planDisney before your cruise. I’m happy to share your payment options for your onboard expenses.
If you selected
"Cash" during online check-in, be aware that when your account reaches $300, you'll receive a notification to visit Guest Services and settle the remaining balance. To avoid having your Key to the World card temporarily suspended, I recommend keeping a close eye on your spending on the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. On the final morning of your cruise, make sure to settle your account before 7:00 a.m.
To avoid waiting in line at Guest Services, consider purchasing Onboard Credit before embarking on your voyage. This can be done on the Disney Cruise Line website under
"Onboard Gifts" within the "Already Booked" tab. Enter your reservation details, hover over the arrow next to "Shop by Category," select "Onboard Credit," and input the gift card number as the payment. Alternatively, you can visit Guest Services after boarding to have your gift cards applied to your onboard account. Purchases made with your Key to the World Card will automatically be deducted from your credit. Make sure you keep the gift cards for the duration of your cruise. Any unused credit will be returned to these cards.
Roxanne, I hope one of these payment options works for you! If you have any additional questions as you prepare to set sail, please stop by planDisney again. We can’t wait to help you create magical memories with Disney Cruise Line.
SEAS the adventure!
