    I would like to have a case of Spring water shipped to Coronado Springs Resort for our upcoming stay there. Will I have to pay a handling fee at the business center in order to pick it up? Can it be delivered to my room upon my arrival?

    Welcome to Disney Parks Moms Panel; we are so glad that you sent us this great question!

    When guests ship boxes of items to be delivered to their Walt Disney World Resort hotel, if there is a Business Center--such as the one at Disney's Coronado Resort--there is a small handling fee. Simply visit the Business Office during their regular operating hours, pay the fee and your box of spring water will be good to go. Tuck them into your in-room mini-fridge, and you'll be sure to stay well-hydrated throughout your stay, Patricia!

    For those boxes that are delivered to a resort with no business center, there is no handling fee. If this the case, the front desk will have an alert on your reservation; when you check in, they'll notice that you have a box waiting for you.
