Hi Laura, You're quite welcome! I'm here to assist YOU with your Walt Disney World vacation questions!! I've never stayed at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort - but it is on my To-Do list. I'm looking at a map of the resort and I do think building 9 of the Cabanas will be close to El Centro; however, building 8 of the Cabanas is not so far. But honestly, you cannot go wrong with either the Casistas or Cabanas. The walk doesn't seem to be longer than 5 to 8 minutes. Oh, Laura, you are going to have a difficult decision - so thankful it isn't me! Please let me know if you have any additional questions! Have a magical day!! Ca'Sandra
