Erin! Welcome to planDisney! I love that you stopped by to ask this great question, especially because it has to do with dining at the Happiest Place on Earth - my very favorite topic. Thank you for your question! Let's dig right in!
Last summer,
Carthay Circle Restaurant debuted a premium lunch experience which included a new prix-fixe seasonal lunch menu with two courses for adults and kids. The prix-fixe menu definitely delivers on quality with just the perfect portion sizes, in my opinion. I can understand why you'd be interested, Erin! At the time of this writing, the
seasonal prix-fixe menu seems to be summer themed and, unfortunately, my crystal ball is not revealing any specific changes up ahead. Menus at Disneyland Resort are constantly evolving and it's honestly what I love most about the Happiest Place on Earth, and what keeps me returning time and time again - there's always something new and interesting to experience.
I, personally, love Alfresco Dining at
Carthay Circle Lounge where I can enjoy small eats and refreshing drinks (
Rose Petal Soda!), as well as the opportunity to take in the Buena Vista Street vibes. Don't have a reservation? That's okay! Feel free to add your party to the
mobile walk-up list when you're in the area.
But, what's this?
Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort is quickly approaching and set to begin August 22! And, with that, some ghoulishly good eats and treats. From one foodie to another, Erin, you'll definitely want to check out the
Halloween Foodie Guide before your visit and start creating your must-try list! Good luck narrowing it down!
Even though I wasn't exactly able to answer your question, Erin, I hope I provided some helpful information for you! As you continue to prepare for your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth, don't hesitate to come back and
ask me another question! I'd love to share more about my favorite dining locations in Disneyland (most don't even require a reservation!) and my best recommendations for a truly magical time.
See you real soon!
Cheers,
McCayla
