Welcome to planDisney and thanks so much for your question! I'm thrilled to hear that you're planning a trip to the Disneyland Resort in late April - what a great time to visit the Happiest Place on Earth!
While there can be different attractions and attractions that temporarily close for refurbishment throughout the year, I'm happy to share that it doesn't often include whole lands. There haven't been any announcements made about closing
Cars Land for any duration of time, so you should be able to plan on enjoying all that Radiator Springs has to offer on your upcoming trip. Though I will note that there currently is some refurbishment being done on the walkway between Cars Land and Avengers Campus. If that is still ongoing during your visit then you'll want to access Cars Land through the Performance Corridor or San Fransokyo Square.
As for individual attraction or dining location refurbishments, you can track those on the
Daily Events Schedule page of the Disneyland Resort website. On this page, you can select which area of the Disneyland Resort you want to view and change the date within the next six weeks and then scroll toward the bottom of the page to expand the "Closed for Refurbishment" section to see any potential planned closures. We're still a bit too early to check for any specifics during your planned visit, but you should be able to see it around early March.

Disney Parks Blog for an upcoming Foodie Guide that will share more about all the delicious items you'll be able to enjoy during this season. It's one of my favorite seasons offered throughout the year!
