I'm happy to share that both
Cars Land and
Avengers Campus are permanent lands at Disney California Adventure, so barring any unexpected closures, you can absolutely plan on experiencing both during your visit from August 23rd–26th. As a Marvel fan myself, I get especially excited every single time I walk into Avengers Campus wondering which heroes we might run into.
The best way to confirm that specific attractions within those lands will be up and running during your visit is to check the
Hours & Events Calendar on the Disneyland Resort website. You can toggle to the dates of your trip and look for the refurbishment section, which will show anything scheduled to be temporarily closed.
A few things to keep on your radar for those lands. In Avengers Campus, you'll want to prioritize
WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure and
Guardians of the Galaxy — Mission: BREAKOUT! — both are fantastic. Over in Cars Land,
Radiator Springs Racers is my favorite and consistently one of the most popular attractions at the Disneyland Resort.
Lightning Lane Single Pass is available for Radiator Springs Racers, and Lightning Lane Multi Pass covers WEB SLINGERS, so it's worth thinking through your Lightning Lane strategy before you arrive.
