I will have a carry-on bag only. Do I have to set my bag out the night before? Can I handle my own luggage from check in at the terminal to the time I leave the ship at the end of my trip?

    Hi, Vicki!

If you only have a carry-on bag, you are certainly welcome to handle your own luggage on and off the ship. The luggage handling is a courtesy to guests so that everyone doesn't have to lug everything on and off the gangway and to expedite the embarkation and debarkation process.

Yet, you sound like an experienced traveler who packs lightly. So, as long as it's not bothersome to you, you can keep your luggage with you -- the dimensions just can not exceed 22" wide, 14" high and 9" deep. I hope that helps you plan.

Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation. Bon voyage!
