Can you carry the Swig bookbag cooler in the park?

    Welcome, Wayfinder!

I’m so excited to help show you the way as you plan for your Walt Disney World Resort visit.

My fellow Panelists like to give me a hard time because I am the over-packer of the group! I love finding the most accommodating bag, packing hack, or way to bring the most with me on a trip. I mean I don’t need half of the stuff I bring, but I can’t help it. Plus I need Mickey Ears and a Loungefly to match every outfit!

Jessica, I did a quick search on what a Swig bag is, and based on my search it seems to be an insulated backpack, which is fine to bring along with you as long as it falls within the allowed measurements. Suitcases, bags, coolers or backpacks, larger than 24” long x 15” wide x 18” high are not allowed in. So as long as your bag falls within those measurements, you are good to bring it in.

Jessica, keep in mind that loose or dry ice is not permitted, so if you need to keep items cool, be sure to pack a reusable ice pack. I do also recommend double-checking the General Walt Disney World Property Rules as you prepare for your visit. I like to double-check the rules as I pack for our visits, since I am an over-packer that questions everything!

I hope all this helps, Jessica. Please be sure to let us know if there’s anything else we can help with.

    See ya real soon!
