I want to carry a backpack in the park with basic items for my 6 yr old. When I get on a ride, if I can't bring a purse or back-pack is there a place where I can put it down and retrieve it after the ride?

    Hi Lori!!!

We always carry around a backpack since we have a three year old.  My wife is usually the sweet volunteer that will carry the backpack around the theme parks.

There isn't a spot off the different attractions that you can house your purse or backpack and retrieve it after the ride.  What we always do is put the backpack at our feet and somehow put the strap around our legs to secure it in.  The only attraction that I can think of that you can't carry the backpack on is Soarin'.  If it will not fit in the mesh spot under your seat, then you can set it off to the side and grab it upon leaving.

If you are concerned with carrying the bag around I would suggest you get a locker at the entrance to each theme park to house the backpack in and get it from the locker when you need it.

    Have a magical day!!
