    Carrie, I hear you are the fitness expert-I share your passion! Staying at POFQ for a week (have w/o plan). What do you recommend for eating healthy at WDW while still indulging? Eating at Tusker, 1900, PH, Le Cellier, Coral Reef and QS places. Desserts?

    Hi Katie, my fellow fitness enthusiast!

    You will really enjoy staying at Port Orleans, French Quarter. That is fantastic that you have your workout plan ready to go!!
    There are so many options to choose from. I don't know your likes/dislikes-so I will just give you a guide when you are choosing your meals.
    Start your meal with a nice big glass of water before you begin your meal.
    Bye, bye bread basket....move filling up on bread.
    As you know, salads are a great choice to start with or to have as your main entree and they are available at just about every restaurant. Dressing on the side and opt for a vinegrette skip the creamy dressings, or any extra cheese that might be added in the salad.
    Choose lean proteins at each meal such as chicken, fish, lean cuts of beef.
    Veggies, asked for them steamed. Avoid anything that has the words "creamy", "fried", "glazed"
    Desserts are tough! Depending on where you are dining, you can ask for fruit or sherbert. In the parks you can find frozen fruit bars with no added sugar.
    I get so tempted by dessert, so I always try to eat my healthy meal so that I am full and not tempted! 
    Stay on top of your water each and every day as well as your workouts. If you do indulge in something decadent, make sure you get back on track with your next meal.
