Hi Carrie! I see you are a fitness and health expert and have the perfect question for you. I am concerned about healthy food options, specifically quick service, at all the parks and POFQ. Any suggestions. Travelling with husband and 4yo son.

    Hi Janet,

Great question!  No worries, there are healthy options.

At your resort, Port Orleans French Quarter, you can start your day with a fresh omelette and fruit.  Or oatmeal with yogurt. There are also healthy cereal choices for your little guy.

When you head to the pakrs there are healthy sandwiches, wraps, veggie burgers, rotisserie chicken.  Along with that there are salads, fresh fruit options.

For your son, the options with the kids meals offer carrots, grapes, apples, applesauce.

The healthy food options are there and are available the key is to choose them.

My family and I always manage to eat healthy and not feel deprived while we are at Walt Disney World.

I think it is fantastic that you are taking care of your health!!

    Thank you for your question.

    Yours in good health!

    Carrie
