Hi Carrie! My family and I went to Disneyland with a 3 day ticket back in July, sadly on 2nd day, my wife got sick and we canceled our last day. How do we go about rescheduling? Every time I try it tells me my ticket is not valid. Thank you so much

Hey there, Aldo! Welcome to planDisney. I am so glad to see you've stopped by to ask me a ticket question.

I am so sorry to hear that your family had to cut your vacation short this summer due to your wife getting sick. That is such a bummer! I hope that despite that you all were able to make some fantastic memories. Unfortunately, the system is correct that your ticket is no longer valid. Multiday tickets expire 13 days after the first day of use whether you have used all days of the ticket or not. I'm sorry to have to share that news with you.

If you would like to reschedule you would need to purchase new tickets for yourself and your family. You can do that directly on the Disneyland website either as tickets only or as part of a Disneyland Resort Hotel Package. Currently, the resort is transforming from Halloween time to holiday time, which can be quite a magical time to visit. Some of my favorite Disneyland memories with my family are seeing the excitement of my children when it starts to snow on Main Street, U.S.A.

Aldo, thanks again for stopping by. Please let me know if there's anything else I can answer about an upcoming visit!
