Are there caricature artists in the parks ? Where are they located ? Appreciate your help !

There most certainly are!  I can tell you where I remember seeing caricature artists during my most recent visit (Sept. 2008).  Do keep in mind though that my list is not an exhaustive one and while it was accurate as of my visit, things may change a bit.

In the Magic Kingdom there is a caricature artist (as well as a silhouette artist) located right across from Sleepy Hollow in Liberty Square.

At Epcot there was a caricature artist in the World Showcase.  The kiosk was situated near France, just before the bridge that crosses over to the United Kingdom pavilion.  You could also have personalized parasols and silhouettes made there.

At Disney's Hollywood Studios there was a caricature artist stationed just outside the Hollywood Brown Derby restaurant, near the garden of Fantasia broom topiaries.

I also spotted caricature artists at both Downtown Disney and in the Boardwalk resort area.

    Hope that helps!
